Meow Mix Cat Food Reviews by Cat Owners
Most of the Meow Mix cat food reviews you will find left by actual cat owners tend to be on the mixed side. While there are plenty of cat owners who are happy with the food, there are just as many who hate it. Let’s take a closer look at what some cat owners are saying about this food below!
“This is the perfect budget food if you run a feral rescue. All feral cats seem to love it. I know it may not be the highest quality food out there, but cats can’t get enough of it.” -Jen M., January 12th
“I like to call this food the Cat Whisperer for the cats in the neighborhood. If you own a cat that just doesn’t want to eat anything, give this food a try. It is the perfect food for picky eaters.” Rachel Rocks, August 31st
“My cats love this food! I have been feeding this food to my 10 cats over the past seven years and they don’t want anything else. In fact, anytime I try to switch their food, they all become indignant.” -Old U.S. Marine, May 17th
“This food caused vomiting in two of my cats. I bought this food for a new cat to my family and immediately she became ill and threw up the food several times. I tried continuing feeding it to her for the week but the result was always the same. I switched her food and the vomiting stopped immediately.” -Jamie Penny, August 4th
“Can’t beat the value of this food. This is cheaper than most brands on the market and well worth it if you are on a budget.” Puket3, June 14th
Meow Mix Cat Food: The Bottomline
After looking at Meow Mix cat food, this is honestly not a brand I would recommend to any cat owner. Not only does it use too many corn ingredients, but any other ingredients within the bag are of the lowest quality. Yes, the price may be cheap, but you are paying for exactly what you are getting: low-quality food that will not benefit your cat nutritionally. I’d recommend looking for a better and healthier alternative if possible.
